Following the westernmost migratory bird flyway, their journey aims to highlight the biodiversity crisis and inspire environmental conservation efforts.

Fast and Female hosts non-competitive, fun-filled events and programs throughout Canada that introduce self-identified girls aged 8-18 to inspiring role models. The experience is designed so that girls emerge empowered to lay their claim to the powerful leadership and life skills that sport participation provides.

WEâRE BACK! Fast and Female Girls Run â Saturday, May 25 and Sunday, May 26, 2024.
Calling all girls aged 5-12! Join us for a morning of girl power! The Fast and Female team is thrilled to be working with Rocky Mountain Soap Co.âs The Womenâs Soap Run to bring back our annual Girls Run in Canmore, AB. The main event includes 1km or 2.5km run (distance of your choice), Fast and Female swag, the opportunity to connect with our REAL Roles, FUN, and so much more!
We are SO excited to share some additional programs this year!
DISTANCES:Â This year we will offer a 1km course and a 2.5km course! These distances are great for all activity levels while offering a new challenge! The 2.5km course will be great practice for those aiming to run the 5km Womenâs Run in the future!
WHEN: Saturday, May 25, 2024, from 7:30 AM â 9:30 AM and Sunday, May 26 from 8:30 AM â 10:00 AM
WHO:Â girls, 5-12 year olds

Triple Crown Series
The Canadian Triple Crown Series will be making an Inaugural stop at Edmontonâs RAD Torque Raceway this upcoming season. The Triple Crown Edmonton SMX National is slotted to kick off Round #1 of the 2023 race season. The RAD Raceway facility will undergo a brand new track build comprised of part Oval Track/part motocross track. The build concept promises to be the first of its kind for the Triple Crown series, and possibly the first of itâs kind in Canada. The plan is not only to create a premier race event for the competitors and manufactures, but a full festival of SMX and motorsport fun for the Fans.

Women’s Day 2024
SheRides will be holding our 2nd annual Womenâs Training Day this summer at Trail Tours Dirtbike School!! Whether itâs your first time on a bike, youâre wanting to improve your riding skills, or youâre looking to transition from trail riding to racing, come out and join us for a fun day. You can bring your own bike and gear or rent from us thanks to Trail Tours Dirt Bike school. Weâve put together a great team of all female instructors and we canât wait to get riding with all of you!
